What is happening in East Sussex to ensure people receive high quality end of life care?
The NHS in East Sussex works with a number of partners to provide high quality end of life care.
We have a local strategy which aims to provide a more joined up approach across East Sussex. This will ensure that all patients who have been diagnosed with a life limiting illness have equal access and choice of all services for end of life care.
You can download our full local strategy here.
The local strategy is in line with national guidance, published in the Department of Health's end of life care strategy.
